CAT Diabetes Prevention Program (Type 2)

Type 2 Diabetes is a very preventable disease. Since there is no cure, a healthy and active lifestyle is the best way to prevent getting type 2 diabetes in the future. Some actions you can take to prevent diabetes include:
-
Losing weight and keeping it off
-
Incorporating more movement in your daily activities
